refactor(orientasi): stabilize navigation and use account email on continue ## Changes Closes #1933. After selecting roles, Lanjut saves the choices and opens the next step from saved server progress. It automatically applies the account email as the primary tax contact and notification address, with a disclosure in the form and no separate checkbox. Registration flows return directly to their orientasi stage. Successful phone, identity, taxpayer, and Kuasa saves invalidate progress; role and OTP controls stay disabled during navigation. Missing phone-registration links roll back rather than reporting success. Regression coverage and reviewed loader checksums are updated for these transitions. The public static-shell font regression counts actual invalid-font rejections, permits a preceding transport restart, and covers an injected initial-navigation timeout. ## Release impact Patch. This improves the existing orientasi workflow and corrects stale navigation. ## Migration notes No database migration or configuration change is required. The internal role-save caller now uses the returned next-step destination and no longer sends an email-confirmation flag. ## Validation Implementation checks completed with the original change base at `d0356c1c38da9371687e88976d866f84300487f2`: - UI policy checks passed. - Scoped ESLint passed. - Changed and full React Doctor audits passed with zero errors, zero warnings, and no incomplete checks. CI repair verification: - Reproduced the failing `2 !== 1` assertion with an injected unanswered initial navigation. - Five focused invalid-font and font-transport regressions passed after the fix. - Syntax, scoped ESLint, and `git diff --check` passed for the repaired fixture. The full regression suite, application build, and dev server were not run locally. Live application behavior remains unverified.
