fix(bjb): fetch fresh daily payment summaries ## Changes Remove `use cache` from the BJB daily payment summary so refreshing the dashboard queries current payments, including when a date is selected. Clarify the existing CI documentation that browser verification shares the host build lock with compilation. Closes #1731. ## Release impact Patch. Restore fresh payment totals in the existing BJB dashboard and correct the description of existing CI coordination. ## Migration notes No additional database migrations or configuration changes. The dashboard change becomes available after deployment. ## Validation - Merged production `453833a1a33a013c8dbf3ba31563b908be6c5791`.
